Падение объемов жилищного строительства в Украине составило 63,1% - эксперты

Объемы жилищного строительства в Украине в 2010 г. с каждым месяцем значительно снижаются. Количество строящихся объектов с апреля по август 2010 г. уменьшилось на 63,1%.

«В апреле в Украине строилось 446 жилых объектов, в мае – 467, в июне – 316, в июле – 243, в августе – 165 объектов», - сообщили корреспонденту Building.ua в компании BAU data.

Таким образом количество возводимых объектов за 5 месяцев 2010 г. сократилось на 281 объект.

Как отметили эксперты компании, в Киеве и центральных регионах страны в августе было начато строительство 8 жилых домов, в Днепропетровске с Поднепровьем – 2 объекта, Донецк и Донбасс – 3.

«Речь уже идет не о темпах роста, а скорее о темпах падения жилищного строительства в стране», - прокомментировали в компании.
